INGREDIENTS

4   Tablespoons Butter

5   Cups Mini Marshmallows

7   Cups Rice Krispies

     Green food coloring

     Candy eyes

1   Bag of Melting Chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large pot melt the butter over low heat. Add the marshmallows and continue stirring until completely melted. Add drops of green food coloring until you have your desired Frankenstein color. Once your marshmallows are melted, remove from heat and gradually add the Rice Krispies until they are completely coated. Press into a well greased 9x13 pan. Once cool cut them into rectangles.  While cooling press in the candy eyes. Cut a toothpick in half and add a marshmallow to each half for the ears. Wait for the Rice Krispies to completely cool. Melt chocolate in the microwave as per the directions on the package. Dredge the top of your cooled Rice Krispies in the chocolate to give your Frankenstein hair. Let cool on wax paper. Grab your toothpick marshmallows and dip them in the chocolate. Lay them on wax paper. Grab a piping bag and fill it with the leftover melted chocolate. Use a ziplock bag with a corner cut off as your piping bag. Wait for the chocolate to cool. Once cooled, add your chocolate covered Frankenstein bolts to each side of your Rice Krispie treat.
