¼ Cups Sugar

1½ Teaspoons Cinnamon

4 Tablespoons Butter (melted)

2 Flour Tortillas

1½ Ounces Cream Cheese

 2 Tablespoons Butter (softened)

¾ Cups Powdered Sugar

 ½ Teaspoons Vanilla Extract

Halloween Cookie Cutters

CRISPS - Use Halloween cookie cutters to cut out shapes in the tortillas. Mix the cinnamon and sugar and place in a small flat bottomed plate. Melt butter in a small bowl. Dip the cut pieces of flour tortilla in melted butter. Let the excess butter drip off.  Coat one side of your tortilla shape in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Make sure to only coat one side of the crisp. Place tortilla shapes, cinnamon sugar side, up on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Bake for 12 minutes. Let cool for 2 minutes.

DIP - In a mixing bowl, add the cream cheese,  2 tablespoons of softened butter, 3/4 cup of powdered sugar 1/2 of a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix on low speed until combined.  Make sure to incorporate all powdered sugar.
