Are you having trouble performing movements such as climbing stairs, doing laundry or gardening?  During this class we will perform stabilizing functional movements that are designed to decrease muscle imbalances, increase join stability, and improve overall flexibility.  This will enhance the older adult’s functional ability to perform activities of daily living.  The program consists of low volume and low to medium training intensity by adjusting stability as well as dumbbells in a circuit training format that can increase muscular strength and endurance.  This combination of training can help the older client reduce the risk of falls and increase their overall quality of life.  ** Please bring a set of dumbbells or canned food to use as resistance** Registration Required.
