This PT WORKSHOP will discuss the TOP treatable causes of back pain and sciatica and different management strategies. Our Physical Therapists, will discuss managing your back pain and sciatica without medication, injections, or surgery. He will discuss the 3 most common causes of back pain and what you can do to treat them.They will also demonstrate an interactive posture assessment for lower back pain.
