Spring is in full swing with all the great fruits being grown and harvested. Therefore, it is time to make some delicious desserts from the bountiful harvest. Chef Maddox will be preparing three new "favorite" pies and tarts. Along with the pastries, guests will learn some great tips and techniques in making great crusts and toppings.
