Here, we talk about the difference between self-care and self-love. We break down some big barriers to cultivating self-love, such as making time for yourself and prioritizing your basic emotional, mental and physical needs. We talk about creating loving boundaries with other people, and how to practice self-love without feeling guilty. Participants will sign their own "permission slip" to begin loving themselves more fully. Registration is required.
