We frequently treat "self-care" as a luxury - something to do when we have enough time or money - rather than a necessity. In this session we will discuss some of the different kinds of self-care and why they must be part of our daily routines for us to be our best, most productive self. We will identify some personal practices that you can implement today to benefit both you and the people around you. Presented by Lisa Schuller.
Participants will receive a free self-care goodie bag full of items like bath bombs, facial sheet masks, tea, chocolate, and more! Attendance is required to receive the goodie bag.
