Be creative with paper!  This is a great quilling kit!  THIS KIT CONTAINS SMALL AND SHARP PIECES! THIS IS AN ADULT CRAFT, NOT FOR CHILDREN!

This is not a program that will be held at the library -- you'll sign up for the craft, pick it up after we email you pickup details, and it's yours to keep! That's all there is to it!

Pickup details will be emailed to you within 48 hours of registration. Limited to 8 people.
