Event Details

New Mexico was claimed from old Mexico in the 1850's. The wonder of the snow clad mountain ranges and high plateaus cut deep by vigorous rivers make it a jewel of the southwest. Santa Fe is the oldest continous North American capitol dating from the 1500's. Taos is a civic art museum and hosts one of the Grand Pueblos. Hispanic architecture and Indian traditions have fused this scenic state into a visual wonderland. Carlsbad caverns will amaze you.
