In observance of Memorial Day, the library will be closed on Monday, May 26. Bookmobile service will also be suspended.

Event Details

Spend a morning indulging on donuts, pastries, and coffee while watching a newly released movie on our big screen! Today's movie is Belfast, which was nominated for Best Picture at the 2022 Academy Awards. Length: 1 hour and 38 minutes. Rated PG-13.

Description: It is 1969 and 9-year-old Buddy finds his peaceful life disturbed as a national conflict is starting to brew in Northern Ireland: unionists and loyalists—mostly Protestants—want the country to remain within the United Kingdom, while nationalists and republicans—mostly Catholics—are campaigning for the country to join a united Ireland. As the tension between these two opposing forces escalates, he and his family must decide whether to stay, or move somewhere safe.
