Event Details

Discover a way to “tap” your way to feeling less stress and anxiety. The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is also known as “tapping” and it is a quick and easy tool to use to reduce worry, stress, and anxiety that can work for children of all ages.

Registration required. Limit 10. Ages 8-12.
