Oktoberfest is the world's largest Volksfest (beer festival and travelling funfair). Oktoberfest is an important part of Bavarian culture, having been held since the year 1810. Chef Susan Maddox will celebrate this occasion by demonstrating some wonderful German cuisine along with culinary methods and techniques. Food tastings and recipes are provided.
