Summer is upon us which means picnic season has arrived! Gardens, stores, and local Farmer's Markets are bountiful with great proteins, vegetables, and fruits waiting to inspire the home chefs.  It is time to explore some old favorite recipes as well as learn some new favorites with Chef Susan Maddox.
