Summer is upon us which means picnic season has arrived! Gardens, stores, and local Farmer's Markets are bountiful with great proteins, vegetables, and fruits waiting to inspire the home chefs. It is time to explore some old favorite recipes as well as learn some new favorites with Chef Susan Maddox. Chef Susan will teach guests tricks as well as many methods & techniques for preparing the recipes with culinary ease. This program will build your confidence to enjoy entertaining over these warm summer months. Registration required.
