Meditation has many benefits for all of us! Come join us for an hour of learning how to use meditation to help you be a better student, increase feelings of calm, relaxation, and self-acceptance at a time in life that many of us need these skills the most. Dress comfortably!

Registration required. Suggested ages 8-13. Limit 15.
