Event Details

During the last few months everyone's world and our perception of "normal" has been shaken.  We can choose to stay in a state of loss and fear, hold our breath hoping to go back to our pre-Covid-19 world, or we can look for the opportunities to create a more expansive future.  Join me as we review some tools for traversing life's challenges.
