Event Details

Chef Susan Maddox will present an entertaining and informative program. Learning everything one needs to know to improve your knife skills in the kitchen. The program will include sharpening with stone or steel, to proper cleaning, slicing, & supreme fruit. Also, students will learn different techniques on cutting vegetables from julienne to different size dices. Registration required. Registration for this program opens on Thursday, May 25.
