Slowed down because of back pain and Sciatica? Avoiding bending and lifting because of the pain? Many people suffer from back pain and Sciatica. These conditions can cause intense symptoms that can lead to anxiety, fear, and limitations in your daily activities. This program will reveal risk factors and common causes of back pain and Sciatica and what you can do to overcome them.  Registration Required.
