Program Description

Event Details

Phone and video interviews can be just as stressful as an in-person interview, but involve more difficult circumstances that can help or hurt your case to move forward in the job hunting process. Learn the difference between types of interviews and how to prepare for them, as well as tips on presenting your best self when you’re not actually in the room. Presented by Jez Layman.

Registration required for this recorded program. A link to the video will be emailed to you on the day of the event. Watch any time through Saturday, April 9!

This event is being offered as part of a Job Seekers Wanted: Bouncing Back from the Pandemic grant. Funding for this grant was awarded by the Illinois State Library, a Department of the Office of Secretary of State, using funds provided by the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services, under the provisions of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA).
