Event Details

Posture, balance, and a little cha cha cha will teach you exercises for living a super healthy lifestyle.  With a Master Degree in Exercise Science and as a professional dancer, Elaine Gotfryd Noonan will increase your strength, flexibility and endurance in your muscles.  The fun movement across the floor will have your hips, shoulders and feet dancing to great music. Registration required.
