Restorative yoga is designed to restore the body. This is a great practice to end your week. This practice is done mostly on the mat. Poses are held longer and we practice deeper breathing. Restorative yoga creates a relaxation response in the body. Start your weekend in a relaxed state and radiating peaceful energy. This class is suitable for all levels.
Please bring your own mat. If you have any props such as: yoga blocks, straps, bolsters or blankets you are welcome to bring them to enhance your practice. We will have a few extra mats if you need one. Please note this program takes place at 9am before the library opens at 10am.
Registration required. Registration will open on the first Monday** of the month at 8:30am. Limited to 12 people.
**Yoga registration will open on Monday, July 3rd due to the holiday.
