Learn how to save and preserve treasured photos, documents, and memories for generations to come. Information on converting older media format, such as slides and reel-to-reel films, and newer digital media photos will be discussed. At the end of the session, attendees will be able to describe digital media conversion, list ways to save photos, recognize the difference in photo storage options, and discuss the importance of archiving. This is the first in a series of lectures. It will provide an overview on how to get started saving, preserving, and archiving photos and documents. Questions are encouraged! Registration required.
