- ALL AGES!
- Buy a bank at the library - $2 each
- Decorate in any theme, according to rules provided
- Turn in by August 31 for public judging
- Public judging will be September 1-14
- Prizes awarded in 5 age groups + Mayor's choice!
- Get creative & have fun!
