Learn about the development of space eats from the earliest days of space travel, discover how food is eaten – and grown! - on the International Space Station today, and what food might look like for future long-term space missions. Presented by Michelle Nichols, Director of Public Observing at the Adler Planetarium. 

Attendees will have the chance to win a pack of three flavors of freeze-dried astronaut ice cream! Six winners will be randomly chosen from all program attendees & notified via email.
