Winter Zen Garden

Create a calming winter oasis to enjoy on a cold day. All the stress will melt away but the sparkling snow will stay!

Restorative yoga is designed to restore the body. This is a great practice to end your week. This practice is done mostly on the mat. Poses are held longer and we practice deeper breathing.
