Annie Flint of Divine Design Paint Studio will lead a step-by-step painting class to create a patriotic sunflower painting. Each person will leave with a finished acrylic painting masterpiece on canvas. Beginners welcome!

Restorative yoga is designed to restore the body. This is a great practice to end your week. This practice is done mostly on the mat. Poses are held longer and we practice deeper breathing.
