Gratitude can be expressed by saying a simple “thank you” to someone who has helped you or given you a gift. Focusing on gratitude will: help you feel happier; help you sleep better; improve your mental health; make you more optimistic and even help you experience less anxiety and stressful feelings!
Enjoy 30 days of gratitude in June. Each day, follow the prompt. Write In a journal, draw a picture, share your thoughts with someone or do something to express your thankfulness.
