The beauty of the world lies in the diversity of its people. Join us this week for stories and activities that celebrate unique and wonderful lives.

VIDEO: Kwanzaa Celebration

ACTIVITY: Using M&M’s, allow your child to bite into one of each color. Explain that, like M&M’s, people may look different on the outside but are very much alike on the inside. Tell them that there may be some people we like a lot, but we should always look for the good in each person.

 

COLORING PAGE: Print the attachment and decorate with crayons, paint, stickers or whatever inspires you!
