Event Details

Get ready for a week of farm-fun related stories and activities! Gardening, growing vegetables, animals and fun farming facts round out this week of activities.

Read aloud: The Little Red Hen by Pail Galdone. Also, check out Hoopla and Tumble Book Library on the Library's website for other books to enjoy.

Video: Our Chickens are Hatching- A visit with a new mother hen. 

Activity: We use flour to make bread, cakes, cookies and other baked goods. Ask for help to bake something with flour and share it with your family. 

Coloring: Print the attachment and decorate with crayons, paint, stickers or whatever inspires you!
