Event Details
Children, ages 3-6, will be introduced to yoga in an exciting and entertaining way. Children will learn a variety of yoga poses and their benefits, breathing techniques to help calm the mind and body, as well as meditation.
Little yogis are encouraged to attend the class without an adult. However caregivers must stay in the library during the program. A yoga mat will be provided by the library or you may bring your own.
Registration required for each session. Ages 3-6. Limit 10.
