Restorative yoga is designed to restore the body. This is a great practice to end your week. This practice is done mostly on the mat. Poses are held longer and we practice deeper breathing.

NEW EVENING TIME!

Basic flow yoga is a beginner vinyasa yoga class. This practice will help beginning practitioners learn to connect their breath to movement.

The Chick Lit Book Club reads books about women and/or by women authors. We meet the fourth Tuesday of the month at 6:30pm. July's selection is Malibu Rising by Taylor Jenkins Reid. New members welcome!
