It’s definitely not fun to be sick but we all do get ill sometimes. COVID 19 is here and cold season is coming up. Join us to learn about germs, how to avoid spreading them and getting sick. Eat healthy foods, get a good night sleep and practice good hygiene to help you stay healthy.

READ ALOUD: Doctor De Soto by William Steig. Also, check out Hoopla and Tumble Book Library on the Library's website for other books to enjoy.                                          

VIDEO: Baby Jill Goes to the Dentist by Little Angel. Watch the cartoon and do not be afraid of the dentist!    

ACTIVITY: Brush Your Teeth – by Super Simple Songs. Learn this very catchy song and practice brushing your teeth at least twice a day or more often after eating to have healthy, shiny teeth. 

COLORING SHEET: Print the attachment and decorate with crayons, paint, stickers or whatever inspires you!
