It’s definitely not fun to be sick but we all do get ill sometimes. COVID 19 is here and cold season is coming up. Join us to learn about germs, how to avoid spreading them and getting sick. Eat healthy foods, get a good night sleep and practice good hygiene to help you stay healthy.
