Celebrate Earth Day with a story, an activity, a video and a coloring sheet! Check in daily for more fun things to do this week to appreciate and help planet Earth.

Read a book: BISCUIT’S EARTH DAY CELEBRATION by Alyssa Satin Capucilli or check out Hoopla, available on the library’s website, to enjoy a selection of great Earth Day books online!

Activity: Make a seed bomb! 

1. Mix 10 parts soil to 1 part flour.

2. Slowly add water and mix slowly until the mixture becomes sticky like dough.

3. Roll into a golf-ball size ball.

4. Fill a tray with seeds.

5. Roll your mud balls around until covered in seeds.

6. Leave to dry for a day or two and then they're ready to throw into your garden.
