Event Details

This 4 part series, for ages 8-10, incorporates mindfulness as a way to find clarity, manage stress, handle difficult emotions and navigate personal challenges.

With step-by-step instructions to breathing, relaxation, and guided meditation exercises, it is a positive introduction to the world of self-care and mindfulness.

Writing prompts will reinforce personal mindfulness processes and discoveries.

Registration required. Ages 8-10. Limit 10.                                

A Mindful Me activity book and pen will provided by the library.
