Sun and fun times of summer are here! Get your spirit of adventure ready. Join us this week for plenty of fun ideas on how to enjoy summer days and evenings to the full.

READ ALOUD: Summer Bounce! by Flitzy Books.com. Also, check out Hoopla and Tumble Book Library on the Library’s website for other books to enjoy.

VIDEO:  Summer Song for Kids by The Singing Walrus. Enjoy this funky summer song. Sing, move along and learn how to write some summer activity words.

ACTIVITY: You can play so many games with a ball. Grab it, invite a sibling or/and a friend, or a parent, and have some fun. You can throw it or kick it back and forth, aim it into a bucket, bounce it off the ground or against the wall, or bounce it with your fists. Can you think of other ways how to have fun with a ball?

COLORING PAGE: Print the attachment and decorate with crayons, paint, stickers or whatever inspires you!

Visit the library website calendar for more activities each day this week.
