Event Details

Check out some amazing animals this week with great read alouds and videos for kids. For more fun, print the attached activity sheets and decorate. Each day holds new, interesting things to do.

Read Aloud: The View at the Zoo by Kathleen Long Bostrom. Also, check out Hoopla and Tumble Book Library on the Library's website for other books to enjoy. 

Video: Zoo Animal Sounds!

Activity: Wrap a small squared shaped box in solid colored paper. Draw a picture of your 6 favorite animals on each side of the box. Take turns tossing the box. M​ake the sound for the animal pictured on the top of the box when you catch it.

Coloring Sheet: Print and decorate the Zoo coloring sheet with crayons, markers, stickers or whatever inspires you!
