Event Details

Check out some amazing animals this week with great read alouds and videos for kids. For more fun, print the attached activity sheets and decorate. Each day holds new, interesting things to do.

Read Aloud: Giraffes Can't Dance by Giles Andreae and Guy Parker-Reese. Also, check out Hoopla and Tumble Book Library on the Library's website for other books to enjoy.

Activity: Put on some music and have a family dance party! Do the Floss, the Chicken Dance, and the Hokey Pokey. Get in the "Way Back Machine" and learn the Charleston, the Twist, the Swim, Mashed Potato, the Bus Stop, or the Moonwalk!

Coloring Sheet: Print and decorate the Giraffe coloring sheet with crayons, markers, stickers or whatever inspires you!
