Look up and discover the wonders of the night sky. From ancient times to the present day, sailors have used the stars and planets to navigate their course. Come on a journey this week that will hopefully develop a curiosity about the great expanse of our universe. 

READ ALOUD: Owl Moon by Jane Yolen. Also, check out Hoopla and Tumble Book Library on the Library’s website for other books to enjoy.

ACTIVITY: Make your own moon plaque with homemade puffy paint.

 COLORING PAGE: Print the attachment and decorate with crayons, paint, stickers or whatever inspires you!
